    Prawn and mango salad with sesame Viaigrette
  • Main Course (alternate drop)
    Sage marinated chicken breast supreme with gratin dauphinoise, zucchini and Madeira jus 
    ‘    Served alternatively with’
    Eye fillet capsicum and red wine sauce topped with wilted spinach

*Main course served with bowl of gourmet leaves with balsamic & olive oil to share.

    Lemon curd with berry salad and double cream.
